Picked Steph up this morning and stopped off at the bakery on the way to Carrie's to grab some cakes for dessert. Caroline served up some green salad and our two types of pâté from our pig weekend! Really great lunch.

Steph got to meet my nieces and they hijacked her immediately! Showing her their advent calendars, toys, books etc.

Drove into Vaison after 3 to go to the cinema. We saw Thérèse Desqueroux, on Caroline's recommendation. In fact, Carrie was the one who wanted to see it but couldn't in the end! Great, though-provoking film. And although it was almost 2 hours of French, we were gripped the whole time - a sign of a good film!
