Nothing to see here...

... but that’s because I missed the perfect shot. A split second after I hit the button a ginormous wave crashed right in front of me. I just missed me to the chagrin of my friends who were watching.
This was taken about half an hour before high tide so it was going to be a long wait until the churning that comes with the turning tide would stop so again today’s exercise was walking to and from the pool.
A delayed birthday lunch today so that beats swimming (I think)
