Up early to prepare for the weekend's activities. Over to Carrie's and made the brine and cure mixture for the meat tomorrow.

Cupcake workshop with Carrie's friends tonight. It's amazing how creative people get doing this. Even someone who thought she wasn't "into that type of thing at all" decorated a some gorgeous buns.

Mum took all three girls to babysit overnight...even wee MC. It's the first night she'll be away from her mum. Carrie's going to get an unbroken night's sleep!
