Pretty morning sky

It's such a quiet meditative time on my walk to work and I so appreciate the fact that it's just light now.
An hour on the cross-country skis this afternoon was wonderful for the soul.
The 2 and a half hour training on ICT later on was compensated by a lovely evening with friends round for dinner.
