Unexpected stopover

Today we went to see M’s mum in Lichfield as she had been having problems with her iPad. Unfortunately there was a problem with her phone line too, and the engineer said he could come tomorrow. To save 5 hours in the car, we decided to stay at a local hotel, and M took me for a walk around the ‘sights’.
