Pre Sunrise

I was out early with Finlay - around 7 a.m. as we were going to be out most of the day setting up at the Spring Quilt Festival. The sky began to colour up soon after we set out - and by the time we were nearly home the colours behind the church were really fabulous, so I stopped to snap it. The only other blip shot might have been the chaos in the exhibition hall as we set up! I may have to resort to a blip of our stand at some point over the weekend!

We shifted two car loads of ‘stuff’ - shelving units, tables, stands to hang quilts on (heavy duty photo stands!), boxes of pre-cut fabric, bags of fabrics, plus seemingly endless bags/boxes of ‘bits’.

We started at the studio just after 9 and finished around 4. Mrs madwill headed back to the studio to pick up more stuff and I have come home to let the dog out and make a new frame to hang the business logo on. Also need to think about tea later - pan-fried pork loin steak with baked potato, Chantenay carrots and savoy cabbage.
