Nosy

Cold, wet nose
Wants to be everywhere.
Twitching, sniffing
And poking here and there.

Sometimes welcome
Sometimes not
But so uniquely yours
A nose like yours my little pup
Can open many doors

Poor Abe gets told off a lot. He just doesn’t seem to be able to pick up on the subtle cues that enough is enough. He’s a big, snuggly, goofy boy. Still only a baby really.

My thought for today is that sometimes, when things seem like they’re not improving, you have to look behind you to see how far you’ve come.
