Old Pool

They are sealing up the pool, with the plumbers in switching off the water etc.

Didn't go to gym today due to injury, nothing serious just niggling, this also happened when we got the new bikes the last time so no surprise really, bit annoying. Took me hours to phone the Sporty to cancel my class cos I hate not going. Should really give myself a week or two but might go back tomorrow see how I feel.

Instead I walked to town and had lunch in cafe. Loverly.
