Japanese Blue Fish

Another food blip. I have taken other photos I swear. This is Japanese blue fish also called black cod. Possibly the best tasting fish I have had in a long time. You can't beat the presentation. The waitress poured what was described as potato sake on the hot rocks underneath for aroma. Which was cool but I would have rather drank the sake.
