Clearing snow

from SR260. We were warned of a flagman ahead and single lane traffic but work was finishing up when we came through.

       It's Christmas! I had two packages waiting for me at the post office: books and a classic old Nikkor lens from 2004 like new and only a third of the cost of a new lens. The books that arrived are Folio editions of David Jones' In Parenthesis seinnyessit e gledyf ym penn mameu (2014); Vita Nuova  by Dante Alighieri(2015); and Bede's History of the English Church and People (2010). They were on sale too. As you see from the publication dates I bode my time and mulled these purchases over for a while.
