Jazz After Dark this month was more like The Royal Variety Show!

I brought awesome wildlife photographer Sue Lindenberg along for a night I guaranteed she's never forget.

Katherine Ellis's gigs here are becoming a get together of friends and family and Sue was delighted to see K's aunt Bobbie here too.

Katherine herself was as always excellent. There were guest appearances from fellow diva Karen Sharman, newcomer Erin Douglas, Ray Burmeston and the inimitable Lewis Macleod.

I feel so privileged to know these people.
