Lightness

I've booked an appointment with a local Acupuncturist! I'm hoping a few well positioned needles will help to ping me out of this stomach/anxiety rut I seem to be stuck in! In a wonderful bit of serendipity there was a programme on Radio 4 that morning about The Placebo Effect, and it started with a woman with IBS! I have always had faith in  Chinese medicine and used to think if I ever had something wrong with me I would seek a practitioner. Well I tried a Herbalist at the begining of my iill health, and had several sessions of Reflecxology with a lovely Japanese woman in the village. Both helped so hopefully this one will be the hat-trick and I don't care if it's a placebo effect as long as it helps!
