Scalloway 60 Plus

It's poured down all day.  It finally stopped this evening.

I've been working on the museum desk all day, and we've been fairly busy with the poor day.  Plenty of folk in to see the wedding exhibition.  I finally got my talk finished, and headed out in the afternoon.  A quiet evening at home, finally got out walkies with Sammy when the rain stopped.  Off to work in the pub later.

The Scalloway 60 Plus Club invited me over to do a photo talk on Main Street, Scalloway.  They are producing a booklet about the street, shops and buildings.  They are being helped by the local school, with the bairns interviewing members of the public.  There was tea and tab nabs before the talk.  By the time I took the photo, a few had left.  L-R - Agnes Smith, Mary Moncrieff, Tom Moncrieff, Davie Smith, ??, Sonia Inkster, Ian Gilfillan, Gibbie Inkster, Caryl Paton, ??, ??, Madeline Smith, Doreen Halcrow, Muriel Paton, Maureen Grant, Peggy Nicolson (back right), Mary Devlin and Laura Whittall.
