Can't you hear him singing.   The Brown Pelicans are in full plumage now as it is mating season.. You can find the pelicans on all the rookeries in Florida and Lot of them are on Pilings in the Water.   They can stretch their gullets as above and more ..I love watching them and Photographing them.
