Breaking up the Sun's Rays....

(Firstly a huge thank you for placing yesterday's Super Snow Moon on the no. 1 Popular page. Taking that photo so near to home, was a magic moment).

......on a photography ski safari in Ovronnaz today with 2 girl friends! We did have a laugh and probably spent more time taking pictures and watching some mad skiers making lovely tracks off piste, than skiing ourselves. We had the most incredible view of the Mont Blanc Range through the Col de Fenestral from where we stopped to picnic (extra).

However the terrible news of 12 people missing after an avalanche buried a section of piste in Crans Montana, the next ski resort from Ovronnaz, is so, so, sad. My heart goes out to those families who are waiting desperately for news.
