Three colours day..

White, black and grey day. Another clouded melting day. Still enough snow for skiing. Hope it stays that way a while. There are skiing competition here that takes place the next few weeks and many are prepared for the race. Not I. Supper made for Mrs B today. One layer slices of potatoes on oil in an ovenproof dish, a layer of sliced onions, another layer of potatoes, some more onion, milk on it, salt and pepper, grated cheese on the top - in the oven at 200 C for 45 min. After 25 min added cube cut salmon fillets, cut celery, cut brocoli. Served with a white Soave. Not a common menu on a Tuesday. We have half term here. My Rotary club too thus I made it a special Tuesday. Hope you have a nice Tuesday too.
