Nature's Calamari - or Squid..

Today 12.12.12 - it is my birthday, and so we decided to go out for lunch with 2 of our friends whom we've known for almost 50 years.

And on the menu - there wasn't S & P Squid, but Nature's Seasonal Vegetables with Calamari. I didn't have this as I'm not a Squid fan - only to catch them...but this dish looked rather nice anyway, and I thought I would share it with you. My husband really is the Seafood lad in our family.
