Austrian pumpkin seed hummus
I still have this from my recent visit to Austria. It is quite yummy on a crusty bread roll or a cracker.
I really don't remember this stuff being "a thing" when I did live in Austria, but 1) I probably could not afford it on my student budget and 2) I never had a reason to know the German for pumpkin seed hummus.
I also brought back some pumpkin seed oil. It is a dark green oil, but I think it would make a lovely salad dressing.
However, Mr Limey thinks "This rabbit crap has gone too far" :-)
