ALL TWISTED UP.....

..... found this shag down at the dam really having a good sun bath and twisting its neck around every which way.

Liked the way the sun lit up it's beak/neck as it gulped and giggled!

Then it decided to show off the amazing wing feathers ..... check here and here and why not here!

Must admit I have difficulty getting a reasonable shag shot but happy the light and position of this one suited.
