Foggy morning sunrise

The light was there but the sun was not visible. I took this photo at ISO 1600 so it was a bit grainy. I decided to work with the grain, adding even more in Photoshop and then running it through Nik Silver Effex. In the end it is not quite a photograph but I liked the result. It helped me understand that even when conditions are not good for photography there are possibilities.
