Which colour are you?

Today we had one of those "fun" team meetings. In a week from now everybody will have forgotten all about it... as usual. It was actually a nice day. I got to see my colleagues in a different setting, the instructor was positive and had a good sense of humour, so the tone of the day was lighthearted.

Apparently yellow and green were most common throughout the library. Yellow: creative, innovative, liking new things. Green: community feeling, doing things together, finding consensus.

I was one of several with a rainbow outcome, a bit of everything. With a little higher score on yellow and blue. Blue : being direct, finding solutions, applying the rules.

Great fun. But other than a nicely spent day with colleagues I think it's another waste of money and time.
