Temperature Blanket

Today’s picture is the first rows of my temperature blanket from 1 January 2019 to 17 February 2019. The sparkly white shows the days it snowed where I was at the time. It will be quite big when it is finished, bigger than I anticipated, but that does not matter. I am using UK size four needles and it has 251 stitches, so this just shows a very small piece of the blanket.

Other than cook lunch I have not done very much. I got my temperature blanket up-to-date and then started knitting a pair of fingerless mittens. The pattern I am using is an easy one that I have used before, but I have not knitted mittens or gloves for a very long time.
