Feeding frenzy

Went to my usual gym classes and ran back home. It was a bit easier this time and my pace was faster.

Walked along the canal and river into town. Didn't really need to buy anything apart from a few bits for tea.

A family were feeding the swans by the horseshoe bridge and the pigeons and gulls were also trying to get in on the act. I liked the movement of the birds in this picture.
