9 Weeks
This morning I reached my target. 30 minutes of jogging on top of the 10 minutes of walking and 30 minutes of cycling to/from the park.
It's a 9 week programme, which started with 2 minute jogs. 2 minutes! Leaving aside the health and wellbeing benefits, I wanted to find out if the Achilles tendon which stopped me jogging several years ago could take the strain. It has.
I checked my blood pressure in the afternoon. Very normal. More cause to celebrate.
Will I go back to the couch potato existence now?
