Laughter

A sign of good friendship is laughter and this evening was non-stop. Lovely to catch up with friends Mark and Chris, Polly and Simon at one of the village pubs and Fish Cafe. The last of the birthday week outings.

Now on a mission to curb the grains and sugar and get fit again for spring.
