The unfurling Amaryllis

Camilla gave us an enormous bulb at Christmas and as she is in  India for a few months  I thought I'd show her how it is. Doing well I'd say.

I took the rather tall plant in its pot out to the cabin as the sun was setting to get better light as I'd rather forgotten about blipping today. I liked the dappled light filtering though the big umbrella plants fronds/leaves.
