Out walking again

A dry, bright day

I was preaching again this morning - the third in a series on Gideon.

In the afternoon we went for a walk in Monikie Country Park. After being indoor at the gym over the winter it was good to begin our preparations for our challenges for this year. Today it was 1.6 miles which is a good start. My first aim is to do a coastal walk of 6 miles and then try to manage 10 miles later on.
