Burning up.......

.....the trimmings from a week or so ago.  The hedges along the road have been cut back and laid, giving more light on the road and hopefully preserving the hedge itself.  In the thumbnail you can 'just' see two figures walking up the road.....which I then realised was R and his brother M who had come for lunch.  Lovely visit from son S and his daughter M this morning too.  I also noticed that the blossom on the tree in the foregrounds coming out as a result of two warm days.
