Christmas Rose

Our Christmas Rose or Helliborus Niger to give it its proper name . This plant sits behind a couple of very old apple trees but is guaranteed to give us some colour over the winter months . 
Talking of winter it feels more like early Spring today  - with some bright blue skies and a little warmth when out and about in the sun.
