It's a Goal!

Having failed to find anything of interest on my nature walk this morning I was drawn in by the sound of a local football match in the village.  I don't know who the two teams were but the blue ones were winning and I saw them score three goals.  The match was fast moving and quite entertaining to watch but rather marred for me by the incessant and very loud foul language emanating from the players.  Is this the norm these days at football matches?
