BLUE SKY

We woke up in Germany to blue skies and sunshine...defiantly looked like snow NOT....the 3+ hr drive turned out to be more than 4 hours!!! Always so much traffic around Munich.
We were relieved to see snow north of Stuttgart then it all disappeared...constant blue skies and sunshine!! As soon as we hit Austria there was loads of snow.

Settled into our Au Pension .... after a room change to the front. We thought we had a kitchen so we handed over our English bacon and sausages to the host!!! :))). It’s not even got a kettle definitely not as good as our posh holiday year!! we headed straight out to get our boots and skis etc to avoid the queues. Then we practised Apres ski with a beer on the slopes!!!
This evening we went to the local Italian...not one we’ve tried before in our 5 yr visits to Söll.....it was really delicious and a good deal.
