Golden Plovers

Not the best shot, but they were a long way away so had to use full zoom. I joined a Winter Walk around Newtown this morning, run by the National Trust. It was all free, and was really good and I learnt a lot. I saw 3 new birds to add to my list, these golden plovers, dunlins and ringed plovers. Then as I was walking back to my car I spied a pair of Reed Buntings, another one to add to my list, taking my total to 60 species seen. Happy days.
