Solo (Day 1382)

I spent most of the morning in the garage going through my scrap and finishing off sorting it into the appropriate piles. It takes a while, but there should be a reasonable payout when i get rid of it.
The weather closed in as I got organised for a woofer wander at Lyde, and we walked in thick drizzle. The dogs seemed unconcerned.
When my beautiful wife came home from work we got ourselves organised and zoomed through to Stromness. I left HV at the yard doing hoss haircuts whilst I headed out on Billy for my first ever solo ride. It was a fine ride out without any incidents and once far enough away from the yard Billy settled down and was happy enough to trot along a bit. The weather even improved for us and it verged on being too warm. This riding thing is a fine way to spend an afternoon.
