Hopeful

The Hopetoun Arms has upped it's game recently on the food front and has recently arranged with a local supplier to get fresh fish delivered on Fridays. This was my first chance to get a taste and I'm pretty impressed. It's a definite step in the right direction and the orders were flying out of the kitchen.
