Mauve

Part of today was spent outside fixing a planter whose base was not strong enough for the soil I put in.  The base is stronger and the soil goes back in tomorrow.  Fingers crossed.  Some colour caught my eye and the crocuses are peeping through the ground cover, such a welcome sight.  Spring will come.
We also had a smart meter installed.  Now I know how much it cost us to boil a kettle for a cup of tea.  If it was really smart it would tell me how much I would have saved by putting in less water.  Not sure about this.
