Stroll

I went out for a stroll at lunchtime, but it was so lovely it turned into a walk, and then it was nearly an hour. 

That, and a walk in in the morning and a pint in the Captain's Bar before meeting those others at the station meant that work was a relatively minor part of the day. 

I also have a little Imperial Stout waiting for later.
