Reflecting
Today I listened to a podcast on writing down 3 positive things of the day. Scientifically, it has been proven to improve one’s happiness.
The practice involves writing (or reflecting) 3 positive things along with short sentences on why it’s positive and how you felt about that thing.
As I took this photo, I was reflecting my 3 things for the day and I look forward to put them in my notebook.
