The Health Card

I am trying to get access to the Italian health service. Partly to get my driving licence transferred and partly for, well, the backup. It is a fairly rigorous process.

Then onward with the driving licence. Conflicting advice and requirements. Have plumped for a driving school in Poppi to guide me through the rapids.
