Knekkebrod

A present from Norway- thank you Charlotte. I have just 2 left. I wonder if you can buy them in Cumbria. Ryvita is a very poor substitute. Maybe IKEA sells them?  
Post script- now thinking of making my own- there are recipes online and its looks quite easy
