Fountain

Did something I havent done for at last 15 years - took a walk through the local park. Last time I was there it was a graffiti ridden, run down mess but now, with the aid of a lottery grant, significant improvement has been made.
One surprise was this fountain, which was definitely not there the last time I visited. Although, on this bitterly cold day, when the temperature failed to rise above freezing and the pigeons were walking across the ice, only the ducks really appreciated its presence. It was still pleasant to see it in operation.
