Muckle Tanker

A better day, drier, less wind, overcast and slightly warmer.

I've been working on the museum desk all day.  The morning started with Scalloway school coming to visit, and I did workshops with them on World War Two.   The rest of the day was sorting through photos for my talk tomorrow.  A quiet evening at home, mixed with walkies with Sammy.  Watched the Budge lasses on telly, Farming Life on BBC 2.  Off to work in the pub later.  There were fishermen in last night, and probably again tonight with the wind.

I met up with mam at lunchtime, and tried buffalo for the first time, at Mackenzie's, yummy.  On my way back to work, it was a quick snap of this big tanker.  It looked rather close, compared to where they normally lie.  Taken next to Lig Cottage, Fladdabister.
