Who Knows ?

What this lovely shrub is ??. With todays warmish sunlight on it. The perfume meets me across the road.
I'm really missing my good Macro lens. I've got fed up with waiting for some guy ( with lots of money ) to take his Metabones adapter into Phil for sale. Ebay don't have any.
