Kyles Ferry

A very different, cloudy, morning.

I had to go over to Tighnabruaich early on, and coming back I stopped at the viewpoint , just in time to catch this  image of the Colintraive ferry waiting to leave Rhubodach.  

The  light was silvery and the colours muted, but the patterns in the sea were fascinating. 

I spend so much of my time on ferries when travelling in the constituency  (plus more time raising issues about them when necessary with Cal Mac and Ministers) that I tend to take them as just another part of life  - except that for me each trip will always have the slight whiff of an adventure.
