Not As Planned

The 2mm drill bit broke within thirty minutes of starting, the spare broke around an hour later and my cordless drill gave up the ghost around lunch time.
The afternoon was a bit of a struggle but finally at 6pm all the required bits were back on the walls, fire alarm and intruder alarm systems wired in and the redundant systems removed or modified.
It was a long day.
Drove home in gale force winds and met Clare in McDonalds for something hot and filling as we were both too tired to cook.
A long hot shower before some of my book and bed.
Tools in the car overnight - Should be ok.
