Bad Hair Day

Mr JC and CC had fun building a snowman together.

Great day for Mr JC. He got his first trophy for a ski race between his classmates. They were only a few and everyone got a trophy. In any case, he has been toting it around everywhere. ;)

And as a parents’ prerogative to boast and exaggerate about their children’s successes, Mr JC was carving some turns this weekend!!! Yes, he’s a little guy and his skis are quite short, but really exciting to see him make a serious go at pushing himself down the mountain to accolades from poppa following behind him. I’ve been making a constant effort to convince him to get out of his snowplow by prodding him to push his hands forward and make a vertical movement up and down to initiate and round out his curves. He’s been able to figure out the rest on his own. On to the top spot of the podium! He already has his eyes on evening out the score with CC to get as many trophies as her. Lol, no worries I am not competitive to put pressure on the kids except to promote good sportsmanship. :)
