Stepping up

In St Ives again for a walk this morning, where these steps have been made out of the big rock, before ATN community choir.  Then to the orthopaedic department at the hospital this afternoon for a follow up of my foot problem - lots of x-rays of both feet from every angle!  Fortunately the consultant reports that it doesn't seem to have deteriorated since the last lot of x-rays in 2017 so I have been discharged!
More singing this evening practicing for the celebration of life service of our dear organist, Jim, which will be next Monday.
Finished the day with body pump (and a much needed glass of wine when I got home)!
