I’ve Never Made ..........Marmalade..!!!

So filled my Crockpot last night with oranges, lemons and some lime juice.....it’s a Crockpot cookbook recipe but as my daughter doesn’t like ‘bits’ in marmalade, I’m going to attempt Marmalade Jelly....!! But problem is..sometimes when Annie ‘messes’ with recipes..things don’t always go to plan...!!!!!
However, it’s moved on to the next stage now....this is how it looked this morning and now it’s been tipped into a huge sieve to strain...will leave it to do that overnight and then, I think, move on to my usual jelly making mode of measuring 1 pint of juice to 1 lb of sugar......?
If any of my Blip friends out there make Marmalade I’d appreciate any advice....thanks ..A x
