This basket ain’t big enough

I’ve just taken up crochet after not having had time to do it since I was a child. So many resources on the web and tutorials on YouTube. I had no idea there were so many stitches, abbreviations or yarns. That said, my first project was this basket, first of a set of three baskets of different sizes, that I got out of a good old library book. My kitty loved it but it was a tad too small so when I finish these, I shal crochet him a cat basket. Thfvuarn is called Hoookrd Zpagetti and comes from the Netherlands. It crochets up real fast!
