Busy

Today has been a very active day. Mr M and I started with the Park Run at 9am and then went to play badminton with some friends mid morning. We headed off to Pembrey Country Park in the afternoon where Mr M had another skiing lesson and I walked the dogs out to the beach (managing to fit in a coffee as well, of course!). Home at 6pm and then went straight out to do the evening shift at the Night Shelter for the homeless which has been set up at our church.
Home now to put my feet up and watch MOTD. I should sleep well tonight!
