Early birthday

Today was the annual Kent Heritage Watch Conference which took place at St Augustine’s (chapel). The event was well attended and I made some new connections for freelance projects.

The committee was commended for all our voluntary efforts in helping to spread the word to protect our heritage assets in Kent, how nice to be recognised for the hard work.

Returned to the village in time for early evening drinks with some Castle friends. A surprise (early) birthday treat was lovely as was the wine and company!
